Performance VU Project Information

 

 

1.1.    Scope

 

This project will provide a system to electronically store, calculate, and monitor financial information to meet the C.Anthony Group’ mission: “Optimize the business performance on an early stage company funded by Angel Investors”.

 

 

 

1.2.    Objectives

 

Project Objectives:

  • Capture stakeholders’ expectations.
  • ­Understand the flow, processing, and use of information within the existing processes.
  • Determine functions or procedures that should be retained or replaced, along with organizational and hardware constraints.
  • ­Develop and deliver the system.

 

Performance Engine Objective:

  • Provide a web-based platform for displaying company financial performance information and entering.
  • Key Performance elements displayed via customizable dashboard.
  • Provide status of Action Plan performance numbers and timing
  • Choose from 50+ business ratios
  • ­Ratios and trends computed in real-time
  • Web-based demos for users to use as a help system

Stakeholders were identified for this project. The stakeholders of this project can be divided into primary and secondary stakeholders.
