This is the full business analysis report for the Seminole County Land file. This is pre-cleaning of the land file database.

 

 

Land File Database Standards

 

1.       Numbered street:  These will use the numeric not spelt. ie: 9th, 27th, 2nd

2.       State Roads: These will have the directional (if there is one) the abbreviation SR or CR, and the number (ie: W CR 426, CR 46A, E SR 434).

3.       Highways: These will have the directional, the abbreviation, then the number (ie: N US HWY 17-92)

4.       Address 2: (Apartments, Condo's, Businesses): These will all be labeled as Unit (ie: 123 9th ST Unit 101)

6.       Regarding the parcel number: The parcel number always consists of 17 alpha-numeric characters (-- -- -- --- ---- ----)

a.       The first set of 2 are numbers, they are called the section (i.e.01). The acceptable value shall be either: 00 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36.

b.       The second set of 2 are numbers, they are called the township (i.e. 21). The acceptable value shall be either 19 20 21.

c.       The third set of 2 are numbers, they are called the range (i.e.29). The acceptable value shall be either 29 30 31 32 33

d.       The next set consisting of 3 spaces are numbers and alphas, they are called the sub number, the first space is always a 5 or a 3, the second and third space can be either numbers or alphas (i.e. 5CK 501 3AB 301)

e.       The first set of 4 is called the block, the accepted value shall be numbers and/or alphas (i.e. 7900 0B00 0020)

f.         The second set of 4 is called the lot; the accepted value shall be numbers and/or alphas (i.e. 0200 020A 104B).

 

7.       CAT: The acceptable values are D, S, and M

8.       TYPE: The acceptable values are 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90
