I'm looking to accelerate the release cycle for FoodOSaurus. We are going to target specific features for each release cycle. We will also work as a beta/production sites being

Release 1 - will be a user only release containing
>Front Page
>Login page - for our people only
>Searching with results
>Locator engine
>Search results with mapping
>No pictures in search results (at this time)
>Able to view menu items and description from search
We want to have the software ready for release with these features only March 1.
Between release 1 and 2 - Dean is going to hire interns and students to obtain and enter menu information into the system. These students will work with the programmers to streamline the entry system. Since they will have a real task of entering menus - this should be in line with the programming.
Release 2 - We will still be the only login users of the system (April 1?)
>Ability to fully create/edit/view restaurant information
>Ability to fully create/edit/view menus
>Ability to turn over restaurant/menu to restaurant users
Between release 2 and 3 we will be recruiting test advertisers and allowing restaurant owners to take over management of their own menu's
Release 3 - We now have both us and external users in the system, until release 4 advertising through our beta testers will be free.
>Ad system to create ads complete
>Bidding system complete
> Ability for guests to attach tags to menu items (may move to release 4)
>Ability for users to comment on menu items. (may move to release 4)

Ads and Bidding
1. Be able to preview ad while making it
2. Change proxy user to "add additional user"
3. When steps are completed the 'X" should be a check
4. Make the user unable to go to the next step of completing menu until they finish each step.
5. Under manage menu. Double clicking the boxes you can move should allow you to edit that section.
6. We need a footer with a help section see attached file, footer.jpg
7. Need room for vertical ad banners.
8. Gallery for images should be like Ebay, very user friendly.
9. When bidding, we should show that weeks ads and where my ad would placed based on my current bid.
